EQimpact.com is home of the
EQ Impact Model,
a third generation market impact model.
It estimates the adverse price movement expected from buying or selling any of
8,500 stocks across 52 global equities markets.
You can subscribe to any or all of the 52 global equities markets or individual
stocks within these markets.
Your subscription fee is dependent on your choice of
EQ product,
the number of markets and the number of stocks in your subscription.
It may also depend on your number of users.
EQ Products
Subscribers can subscribe to either
EQimpact.com
or EQ Execution Tools.
EQ Execution Tools
includes the following five EQ products:
1) EQvolume - a daily volume
forecast 12% more accurate than relying on historical medians
2) EQ Impact Model
- an advanced third-generation market impact model
3) EQimpact.com
- the website containing the EQ Impact Model
for 8,500 stocks across 52 markets
4) EQdataTools
- the set of tools which allows subscribers to use the functionality of
EQimpact.com in their own systems
5) EQdataSuite
- a collection of Excel worksheets which use EQdataTools
EQimpact.com includes the first three
EQ products:

Site Licence
All subscribers require a site licence.
A once-only site fee is payable by each new subscriber.
An additional site fee is payable if you increase your subscription from
EQimpact.com to EQ Execution Tools.
An additional site fee may also be payable if you broaden your coverage
to include additional markets.
User Licence
A subscription to EQimpact.com entitles the subscriber to a
user licence which covers all bona fide users within the licenced organisation.
Subscribers with a small number of users may prefer a limited user licence.
Data Licence
A subscription to EQ Execution Tools includes a data licence
which allows EQdata to be downloaded daily as part of EQdataTools.
Increasing the number of stocks in your subscription may increase the data fee.
Research Licence
A research licence is required for a subscriber who wishes to use
EQ product in its research publications.
Distribution Licence
A distribution licence gives a subscriber the right to provide
EQ product to its clients.
Subscription Period
The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
Payment is due after using EQ products for 1 month.
However, if the subscriber decides that the EQ product or
EQ products
is not suitable to its needs within the initial 1 month period, the subscription ceases
with no payment due.
Payment
Subscribers will be invoiced with subscriptions payable quarterly in advance.
It is possible that fund managers may be able to pay via a directed brokerage
arrangement through subscribing stockbrokers who are EQ distributors.
